This is why I don't want to work in a professional services firm

Following is an exchange of emails between me and my mate [Anonymous] who is an accountant. Most professional service firms record every minute of every employee's day. He has to break his day into six minute blocks and at least 85% of his time must be billed to a client (and he has to come in under budget for each client).
