I think the redesign is coming along reasonably well but it will take a break for about a week and sit just like it sits now. I'm not sure if the bird will stay or go. I like the image but can't find a way to work it in with the site well. There is lot's of tweaking of the CSS yet to come and still some significant layout changes. Also I've finally started to put together an 'about' section which needs a fair bit of work.

On a side note, Laura has some reasonably exciting news which I'm not allowed to announce yet, but it will happen.
